Overview
The Saint Paul College Dietary Manager Training program is designed for individuals seeking the following:
- Dietary Managers seeking membership and credentialing examination eligibility in the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (after successful completion of the training) or who can benefit from more formal education; other dietary personnel with supervisory potential desiring an educational experience to train themselves to be responsible for the management of food operations in health care facilities.
- Students interested in a training program approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals which meets the ANFP Dietary Manager Training Program requirements and fulfills Minnesota State Department of Health and Federal Requirements for education of Dietary Managers.
Students are eligible for the credentialing examination preparation course and active ANFP membership after completion of Dietary Manager 1 and 2.

Training Program Requirements
- Completion of both Dietary Manager 1 and 2 courses.
- This training program may be started with either course: Dietary Manager 1 or Dietary Manager 2.
