The Manufacturing Mentoring Workshop is designed to train and support adults aged +50 and older with at least ten years of manufacturing experience to work with students and recently-hired individuals to prepare them for a successful career in manufacturing.
The purpose of this program is to develop entry-level employee/student skills to improve retention and reduce business internal training costs through careful matches of learners with experienced manufacturing career professionals.

- Stages of a Mentoring Relationship
- Rules and Guidelines for mentors
- Adult Learning styles and implications
- Communication skills
- Coaching skills

11:30am - 3:30pm Bring own lunch, as lunch will NOT be provided; however, there will be light refreshments |

Cost: |
$79.00 Students that are over the age of 50 and currently retired are eligible to enroll in the course at a reduced rate. |
