Disability Services
The goal of Disabilities Services is to insure equal access to programs, services, activities and services at Saint Paul College in order to insure that all students have the opportunity for full participation in campus programs, services and activities.
Where do I start?
The first step for accessing accommodations through Disability Services is to contact the Disability Services office to set up a meeting. This meeting is a space for you to discuss what support or services you would like to access at Saint Paul College as well as a space for you to talk about how your specific disability impacts you.
Documentation
In order to access accommodations it is very important that you submit documentation of your disability. This documentation shows what your specific disability is as well as how it was diagnosed and how it impacts you.

If you do not have current documentation or have questions about how to access documentation, feel free to contact disability services for information and referrals.
What Accommodations might be available?
The below list is just an example of what accommodations may be available. The actual accommodations are determined in conversation between the student and Disability Services.
- Assistive listening devices
- Academic accommodations
- Sign language interpreters
- Assistive computer software
- Notetakers
- Test proctoring/accommodations such as extra time, quiet room, tests on tape
- Written materials made available on tape or in other alternative formats
- Adaptive equipment
- Recorders and scribes
- Transition services
- Assistance with course selection and program advising
- Advocacy and Self-Advocacy training and support
- Support and Counseling
