The Graduation Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2012 will be held on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 7:00pm in the Roy Wilkins Auditorium at Saint Paul RiverCentre.

Graduation Guests
- Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis for family and friends.
- Handicap-accessible seating will be available on the floor of the Roy Wilkins Auditorium at the RiverCentre.

Graduation Ceremony Participation
If you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, you must meet the following criteria:
Eligible Students
Students who will complete their program requirements the end of
Fall Semester 2011
Spring Semester 2012
Summer Term 2012
Complete Graduation Application Form
If you plan to graduate, you need to submit the online Graduation Application form or stop by the Student Records Office to complete the form, whether or not you plan to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation Cap and Gown
Your Student Senate has paid for the caps and gowns that you may keep after the ceremony. You may order your cap and gown at our annual Graduate Salute.

Required Exit Loan Counseling
If you received a Student Loan during your enrollment at Saint Paul College, you will be required to do an "exit loan" on-line counseling session. You will receive more information from the Financial Aid Office or stop by the Financial Aid Office for details.
Diploma/Award Document
Your formal award document will be mailed approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the end of the semester.
Additional Services for Graduating Students
Transcripts
Unofficial Transcripts (student copy) are available online when you log into your Student Account. When you print it from your account, it is an "unofficial" transcript.
Official transcripts ($5.00 fee) can be ordered through the College Web site via the Student Clearinghouse, and mailed directly to a third party (employer or transfer college) or you may pick it up from Student Records. The transcript, if picked up, is considered official if it is given to you in a sealed envelope and remains sealed until you deliver it to an employer or transfer college.
