Saint Paul College Card
A Saint Paul College Card will be issued to all Saint Paul College students, through a partnership between the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Saint Paul College, and Higher One, a financial services company serving colleges and universities across the country.
This is NOT a credit card. This service will give you faster access to your financial aid funds and/or student payroll, depending on your refund selection.
Saint Paul College Card for new students
Students that are registering at Saint Paul College for the first time will receive the Saint Paul College Card in the mail. You will be receiving your financial aid, refunds and/or student payroll on the Saint Paul College Card. It's fast, secure and convenient: no waiting in line.
Card is mailed to students homes
Your Saint Paul College Card will be mailed by HigherOne to your home address. To avoid any delays, DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR CARD.
The card will come in an envelope like the one shown below.
Selecting your refund preference
You must activate your Saint Paul College Card as soon as you receive your card in the mail. Visit Saint Paul College Card as soon as you receive your Saint Paul College Card to activate it and select your refund preference.
With the Saint Paul College Card, you have three options to receive your financial aid disbursement and/or student payroll:
- disbursed directly to your Saint Paul College Card account;
- automatically deposited into an existing bank account; or
- issued as a paper check and sent by mail.
