Student Health Insurance

Students are strongly encouraged to have health insurance coverage as students are responsible for the costs of personal healthcare, including injuries. Students may purchase student Health Insurance made available through the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities State insurance plan.

Fitness Lab

Each term, all Saint Paul College students, faculty and staff are able to purchase Fitness Lab memberships which allows access to the Fitness Lab during designated hours. The Fitness Lab also serves as the classroom for the Personal Trainer program. Membership vouchers are handed out at the Fitness Lab which then must be paid at the Tuition Office. A Fitness Lab membership card is then issued for the current term.

The Fitness Lab has gear and equipment for all levels and abilities, including treadmills, elliptical machines, spin bikes, TRX suspension trainers, free weights, climbing rope, FreeMotion cable machine and a variety of functional training equipment. It also has two LCD televisions and a full stereo system. Look for open lab hours posted outside the Fitness Lab, Room L270.

Salon and Clinic Services

The Cosmetology, Esthetician and Massage Therapy departments offer salon and clinic services to the general public as well as faculty, staff, and students. All work is done by students only under the supervision of an instructor.

Whether you need a new “do”, a glorious facial or a deep tissue massage, we have the services available that will renew your look and/or your spirit!
