Craig Maus recently joined the faculty at Saint Paul College as an instructor in the Hospitality Management Program. His background in the Hospitality industry started as a cook at the Minnesota State Fair and continued with experience as a sales manager for conference centers here in Minnesota and Director of Event Services for a local college. Craig was an active member in Meeting Professionals International and the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors International.
Sports and Entertainment experience for Craig began as an usher at the Metrodome for Twins, Vikings and Gopher games and includes four seasons in sales and marketing for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Other experience includes serving as an assistant and head basketball coach at a variety of levels from third grade house league to high school and college.
Craig earned his BS from Minnesota State University – Mankato majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Recreation Parks and Leisure Services. He earned his MBA from the University of Saint Thomas.

Susan Senger is the director of the Business Management, Entrepreneurship, International Trade, and Business Logistics Programs. She has been an instructor at Saint Paul College since 1990. Each program area is designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience to both students seeking to enter a career in business management, international trade and logistics and employed professionals upgrading their skills. In addition to full-time instruction, she also facilitates job placement for these programs.
Concurrent with her position at Saint Paul College, Susan provides private consulting services specializing in NAFTA, U.S. Customs compliance, international trade finance instruments and training. She has taught seminars across the United States on NAFTA.
Prior to joining Saint Paul College, Susan spent 15 years as an international banker working at major Midwestern banks. She worked with letters of credit, collections, foreign exchange and providing seminars. She holds both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the College of Saint Scholastica in business management. In addition, she has been active in several organizations including past president of the Midwest Global Trade Association (MGTA), and member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and Delta Nu Alpha Transportation Fraternity.
