Engineering Technology

Overview

The Engineering Technology AAS degree is designed to leverage CNC machinist courses with general education courses to produce an agile manufacturing employee. The engineering technologist will be responsible for machining operations producing parts as well as interfacing with mechanical engineers and customers. The AAS degree is currently articulated with Metropolitan State University, University of Wisconsin–Stout, and the University of Minnesota–Crookston. This articulation affords a smooth transition into a four year manufacturing engineering degree or manufacturing management degree option. (Program Brochure)
