New reservation system for Auditorium and conference rooms
A new reservation process has been created using Microsoft Outlook Calendar on the College email system which allows all College employees to view events/meetings/conferences scheduled for the following locations: Conference Rooms 111, 137A, 137B, 139, 140, and the Auditorium and Display Case.
Reservations for the conference rooms, Auditorium, and Display Case (located by the Business Office entry door) may now be made by managers and their support staff. (Only contact Roxanne Anderson, previous sole designee, if you are in the Trade and Technical Division).
