Fast Track courses for reading, writing, and math

During Spring Semester 2008, Saint Paul College will introduce Fast Track courses in developmental reading, writing, and math. Fast Track course options are available in Reading 1 and 2, Fundamentals of Writing 1 and 2, and Introduction and Intermediate Algebra. The accelerated courses allow students to enroll in the first part of a developmental sequence during the first eight weeks of the semester and then complete the second course of the sequence during the final 8 weeks. Students who take Fast Track sections will finish developmental courses in one semester verses the traditional two semesters. The Fast Track courses provide an opportunity for students to meet course prerequisites in a more timely manner and to be prepared for entry into major programs.
