Attention part-time temporary faculty - new requirement

All returning temporary faculty members are required to enter their qualifications online to the new College Faculty Salary and Credentialing system. This is a Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system-wide online credentialing system that will allow for a single repository of faculty qualification data.

Please follow the instructions provided on the inline tutorial at http://www.hr.mnscu.edu/forms/MSCF/HowTo-TPTQuals.pdf for submitting your qualifications. You need enter only those qualifications that show that you have met the minimum qualifications for your position.

In the instructions you will note that employment verification forms and transcripts are required to verify this information you will enter. Since your qualifications have been previously evaluated, your Employment Verification forms and transcripts should be on file with your Human Resources Department. It is not necessary to obtain these documents again. Thank you for taking the time to complete your information on the online credentialing system.
