New program in Business Division: Hospitality Management

Saint Paul College has hired a new full-time instructor for the Hospitality Management program this fall. His name is Craig Maus and he joins us from a recent position at Augsburg College. Craig has had extensive experience in the field of Hospitality Management in a variety of areas from managing conference facilities to working with professional sport teams (Minnesota Timberwolves). Craig has his MBA with a Marketing Emphasis from the University of St. Thomas. Our hope is to grow this new program at Saint Paul College. The Hospitality Management program gives students an understanding of the marketing, sales and management functions of tourism, lodging, food service industries.
