Paying Tuition
Payment may be made in one of 8 ways. You may view your payment options here.
Avoid waiting in line.
Pay your tuition online.
— It’s simple!
Students receiving financial aid assistance, scholarships or third party payment of fees are responsible for verifying that applications, awards and billing authorizations have been finalized and received by the Tuition Office prior to the posted tuition due date.
Disbursement of any financial aid award in excess of your total billing at the college will be made beginning the 10th day of each term.
Late Fee
A late fee of $25.00 is charged when tuition is not paid in full by the payment deadline. Students with tuition deferments (financial aid, agency or employer authorizations) must notify the Tuition Office by the payment deadline or a late fee will be charged. For students registering after the due date, tuition is due the day of registration.
Tuition Refunds
Tuition Refund Policy
When you register for a class you are reserving college (public) resources for yourself, and we assume you will attend that class. Based on your registration, the College makes decisions to offer classes that may have minimal enrollment or we turn away students who wanted to attend a particular class section. If, after the term begins, you decide to cancel your reservation, it is highly unlikely that your space will be taken by another student. The College will have incurred substantial costs that could have been minimized or lost essential revenue it would have otherwise realized. This is why the College (and other service providers) must have policies to discourage uncommitted registration and subsequent late cancellations. We must abide by both the rationale and regulations of the refund policy established by the Board of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. That policy includes the following refund schedule:
Tuition Refund Schedule
Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal. You can submit a withdrawal on line by logging into your student account.
