What is the Power of YOU?

The Power of YOU is designed to make your dream to attend college within your reach!

The program covers the cost of tuition and fees for two years or up to 72 credits at Saint Paul College, Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) or Metropolitan State University through state and federal grants and private scholarships. More information

Power of YOU Eligibility

To start, you must be graduating from a Minneapolis or Saint Paul public city high school (no suburbs) in Spring 2008 and live in the City of Saint Paul or City of Minneapolis (no suburbs). More on eligibility requirements
