FastTRAC is a grant-funded program offering tuition-free courses that provide extra academic support for adults who are seeking to earn college credit. Saint Paul College, in conjunction with Goodwill-Easter Seals and the International Institute of Minnesota, offers several FastTRAC courses that will provide extra support and help eligible students toward careers in Healthcare or Medical Office environments.
Anatomy & Physiology
This is a 4-credit college-level class required for many medical training programs, including Nursing, Respiratory Therapist, Massage Therapy, Clinical Sports Massage, and Yoga Instructor. Students in programs that require other Anatomy & Physiology classes will find this class a very useful foundation. The FastTRAC grant pays student tuition and provides students with extra academic support from an Adult Basic Education instructor for this class.

The Medical Office program at Saint Paul College is a 20-credit certificate that will prepare students for employment in a variety of medical office settings. FastTRAC provides support for students in the first two courses of the Medical Office Certificate program: Medical Terminology and Health Information Foundation. Support in these courses is provided by an Adult Basic Education instructor who will focus on preparing students for upcoming lessons and ensuring student questions are addressed and resolved.
