E-mail Peg Flicek
As an Esthetics instructor at Saint Paul College, Peg Flicek has taught Preclinic Introduction, Cosmetic Chemistry and Make Up, Skin Analysis and Massage, and both Clinic 2 and Clinic 3. Peg completed her instructor training at Saint Paul College in 2001 and began teaching in the cosmetology program the same year. Peg is a graduate of the Saint Paul College cosmetology program and has many years of Salon/Spa experience to bring to the classroom. Peg is a CIDESCO diplomate, a member of MNSpa, the professional organization of the cosmetology industry and a member of AACS/CEA, the American Association of Cosmetology Schools/Cosmetology Educators of America, and is a current member of NCEA, the National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations.
Peg’s goal is to assist students in gaining knowledge and skills in the esthetics industry during their education at Saint Paul College. She supports and encourages students to be employment-ready in an industry that has been, and continues to be, tremendously rewarding for her in many ways.

Luba Babina is a licensed cosmetologist and has been teaching at Saint Paul College for over thirteen years.
Luba belongs to the following professional organizations: Comité International d'Esthétique et de Cosmétologie (CIDESCO), Esthetics America, Esthetics MN, the National Cosmetology Association, and the National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations (NCEA). She also holds a master’s degree from Lvov State Medical University. Prior to starting her teaching career, Luba spent many years working in the plastic surgery field, as well as a spa.
Her favorite part about teaching is the student interaction, specifically helping them learn and mature over the course of the program until they graduate. Luba loves her career and receives tremendous joy in watching her students succeed.
E-mail Lisa Kimber
Lisa Kimber is an educator and licensed esthetician. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in education from Winona State University in 2000 and her master’s degree in education from Saint Mary’s University in 2003. Her journey into esthetics began right here at Saint Paul College where she earned both her esthetics certificate in 2006 and CIDESCO Diploma in 2010. Lisa was proud to join Saint Paul College’s educational staff among such esteemed colleagues in 2012. Lisa operates her own private esthetics practice while teaching part time. She loves her career and is honored to provide students with the necessary education to pursue theirs.
