The Drama and Theatre Department course offerings cover both the theoretical and performance aspects of theatre.
Students who enroll in Drama and Theatre courses fulfill the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum requirements as well as graduation requirements.
Speech courses are also available at Saint Paul College.

Spring Play 2016
The Saint Paul College Drama and Theatre Department is proud to announce their upcoming production of William Shakespeare's magical comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, in a version edited by Dr. Robert Gonzales of the University of Tampa, and directed by Jimmy LeDuc, Theatre Department instructor. Performances will be Friday, March 18, 2016, and Saturday,
March 19, 2016.
Open auditions will be held November 9-12, 2015.
Any Saint Paul College student enrolled
during spring semester 2016 is eligible to audition. Many programs and areas at the College will assist in the production of the play, including Carpentry (stage setting/creation), Cosmetology (hair/makeup), and Culinary Arts (opening night reception).
