Ann Rosenthal has been teaching in the Cosmetology program at Saint Paul College since 2007, specializing in teaching the foundations of Pivot Point techniques in hair sculpting and texturizing. Ann has also taught hair color and styling at the College, and also teaches optimal nail care methods and practices in the Nail Care Technician and Cosmetology programs.
Ann graduated from Wilfred Academy of Hair & Beauty Culture in White Plains, NY, and worked in a variety of salons there for seven years. In Minnesota, Ann has worked as an independent contractor in salons as well as teaching in private and corporate beauty schools. With this well-rounded background, she brings in a unique ability to relate to the students of Saint Paul College and inspire them in an artistic manner. She also enjoys working with students in the SkillsUSA competition and student showcases.
E-mail Marce Smith-Fields
Marcie Smith-Fields is an instructor and licensed cosmetologist. As an instructor at Saint Paul College, she has taught Preclinic Hair Care II, Preclinic Hair Color, Preclinic Nails and various Clinics and Salon Operations courses. She is a graduate of Saint Paul College Cosmetology program and has over 20 years of salon experience to bring to the classroom. She has received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen College. Outside of the classroom, Marcie operates her own beauty and barbershop, and enjoys working in the community.
