Tuition Refund Schedule

Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal. Students must log into their eServices account and submit a drop/withdrawal within the timeline to be eligible for a refund.

Students may drop Late Start classes beginning after the first week through the first class meeting. A 100% refund will be granted if dropped no later than the next business day following the first class meeting.

The refund schedule varies for courses that meet less than the full term. Contact the Tuition Office for details on short courses.

Please allow two weeks to receive a refund check for tuition paid by cash or check.

Refunds for tuition paid by credit card will be refunded through the credit card account.

First term students receiving financial aid: Pro rata refunding will be applied for eligible students.

If you withdraw from all classes for the term, tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:

If you drop from one or more classes for the term, tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:
