The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness serves to support the evaluation and institutional planning efforts of the College by providing accurate data that can be used by campus stakeholders to inform decision making, analysis effectiveness, and assess the strategic goals and priorities of Saint Paul College.

Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness collects, validates, and analyzes institutional data for various purposes including academic program evaluation, student engagement and satisfaction, federal and state reporting, accreditation requirements and reporting, grant development and reporting, key performance indicator tracking, assessment of student learning, strategic planning support, and continuous quality improvement efforts. The Office works primarily with internal stakeholders to fulfill data requests, support accreditation efforts, and facilitate strategic planning.
