Saint Paul College now offers five business certificate programs that you can complete in just eight weeks over just one or two semesters. The THRIVE IN FIVE program includes five programs:
Business Core – The foundation for all business degrees includes five core courses. After completing the core, students move into the major of their choice. Customer Service Office Support – This certificate provides entry-level training for a customer service position. Students will learn how to resolve conflict and develop listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The program covers Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Students will also learn communication, teamwork, and other business professional skills. Questions? Human Resources – This certificate is for those who believe in positively impacting any industry by working with leaders to create and expand workplaces that allow employees to thrive and feel valued in their job. Graduates may pursue work as an HR Specialist, Benefits Specialist, Compensation Analyst, Recruiter, Training and Development Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Assistant. Supply Chain Logistics – Supply Chain Logistics offers a wide range of employment opportunities, including purchasing and supplier management, manufacturing logistics, inventory management, transport management, distribution, warehousing management, customer service management, information management, and logistics and supply chain strategy. Social Media Marketing – Organizations have many needs for communicating and connecting with customers and stakeholders through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, And YouTube. Employment opportunities as a media marketing specialist, marketing coordinator, and web marketing analyst are excellent for social media experts who can engage, delight, and develop meaningful customer relationships.
