Fees for Lost or Damaged Items and Registration Holds
The Library does not charge daily late fees. However, items declared lost or seriously damaged will be assessed for a cost-of-item replacement. A hold will be placed on registration until the fee is paid.
Overdue interlibrary loan items may incur a $15 processing fee.
Minnesota State College and University Borrowers
Students, staff, and faculty who are currently enrolled or working at a
Minnesota State college or university have book borrowing privileges at all Minnesota State institutions. This typically excludes books in Reserve collections, non-circulating materials, and equipment. See the local library website for details. Items are checked out at the local library with the ID from your current institution.
Community Borrowers
Unfortunately, Saint Paul College Library is unable to support community borrowers.
Interlibrary Loans
Books, DVDs, magazines and other materials can be borrowed from other libraries through interlibrary loan. Requested materials are sent to Saint Paul College for pick-up. Most materials arrive within one week. You will receive email notifications when requests are sent and when they arrive. The check-out period is determined by the lending library. Overdue interlibrary loans incur a $15 processing fee.
