We are ready and available to support you remotely! Although our physical offices are not open on campus, we are committed to supporting students with the resources and services you need to be successful academic goals.

Open Remotely

This semester, tutoring is online through Zoom. Students can make appointments on the online tutoring schedules, which can be found on the Tutoring Services webpage​.

The Tutoring Center is open for pre-scheduled, online appointments Monday - Friday. The Science Study Center is open for pre-scheduled, in-person appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays​.

Open Remotely and In-Person

One Stop will continue to provide students with Admission, Registration, and Financial Aid assistance. Students will still be able to call One Stop and talk to an associate for assistance with the admission process, determining next steps, answer basic Financial Aid (FA) questions, and referring students to the appropriate resources. One Stop advisors will be available for registration assistance and answer FA questions via phone, texting and in-person.

Open Remotely and Limited In-Person

The Student Records Department is the official recorder of student academic records. Students can obtain their unofficial transcript in eServices under the left Academic Records menu option. Official transcripts are issued for a fee online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Enrollment verifications are available after the 5th day of the semester in which you are requesting. Students can obtain enrollment verification by selecting the form link on the Student Records webpage. Other various forms processed by Student Records can be obtained from the One Stop in room 1300 or online on the One Stop Forms webpage.​

ACCUPLACER is currently available remotely for students interested in the English for Academic Purposes program and for students without reportable high school GPA or test scores. We are currently not permitting retesting. ​
