This class will teach you proper knife safety, knife grip, using the right tool for the right job, plus how to sharpen and care for knives. Good knife skills cut down on injuries and lead to more efficient preparation. This class is also perfect for those who work in a home care setting preparing meals, dishwashers, bussers and mass food production settings. The class will be hands on practice in slicing, dicing, chopping and much more.
