Event & Guest Information

We’re excited to welcome you to Friends on the Lawn today! Here are a few details to help you plan ahead for a great evening.

Check-In

Please stop by the check-in table when you arrive to pick up your name tag and get oriented for the evening. Check-in opens at 5:00 PM.

Parking

Free parking is available in Saint Paul College lots located west of the campus.
Lot B and the Parking Ramp are the most convenient options.

Event Scheudle

5:00 PM | Social Hour
Mingle with friends, enjoy food and refreshments, and explore the silent auction while taking in lawn games and activities.

6:15 PM | Transition Indoors
The evening continues inside. Grab dessert, check your silent auction bids, and find your seat as we prepare to begin the program.

6:30 PM | Formal Program
The program includes award presentations and special recognitions, followed by a student panel sharing experiences and insights. We’ll close with a Giving Moment you won’t want to miss.

7:00 PM | Last Call
Be sure to check your silent auction bids and place final offers. Enjoy one more treat from the dessert selection.

8:00 PM | Event Concludes
Pick up auction wins at the south entrance. Thank you for being part of Friends on the Lawn and for supporting our students.
