After a year-long collaborative effort, Saint Paul College is thrilled to announce our new strategic plan, Creating a Stronger Future 2025 (CSF2025).
This three-year strategic plan takes what we have learned in over one hundred years of providing education to our community and sets the stage for our ongoing improvement in the ever-changing demands of today’s workforce.
A strong strategic plan assures that we balance being responsive to changing demands with making strategic decisions that lead us to our goals.
Dee Dee Peaslee, President
Creating a Stronger Future 2025 will allow us to be nimble and flexible in addressing perpetual uncertainty and accelerating change. This plan is infused and aligned with our anti-racism, and trauma-informed commitment and provides four strategic directions to take the College to 2025 and beyond:
- Develop as an anti-racist, trauma-informed college which includes internally embedding this commitment through vertical and horizontal institutional structures.
- Cultivate a student-centered learning environment promoting and supporting academic excellence and personal development where students can fit in on campus and stand out as leaders in their communities.
- Strengthen the organizational culture by encouraging collaboration, transparent communication, and optimizing operations in ways that create a positive and engaging environment that nurtures innovation and creativity.
- Build, enhance, and sustain relationships with community partners that respond to the changing economic and workforce needs of our community and contribute to a more socially just world.
Creating a Stronger Future 2025 will be launched with an on-campus event on Friday, September 16, 2022. A huge thank you to the faculty, staff, students, partners, and community members who contributed to this plan’s creation.
It was exciting to see how each collaborative step built momentum that resulted in a bold and transformative plan.
