    Pre-Tax Benefits

    Benefit eligible employees have the option to enroll in pre-tax accounts (flexible spending accounts) such as a Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), or a Dependent Care Expense Account (DCEA).

    MnSCU offers a mix of mandatory and voluntary retirement plans that help you save for the future.

    Employee Assistance Program

    The Employee Assistance Program provides, expert, confidential, personal consultation for concerns including financial and legal matters, relationship challenges, and personal and family problems.

    Health & Wellbeing Programs

    Services are designed to address most aspects of wellbeing, such as personal, family, physical, financial, legal, work life, etc. Saint Paul College also has an on-site Wellness Committee that provides training and wellness events for employees.

    Tuition Waiver

    MnSCU offers a tuition waiver benefit to eligible employees which provides the cost of tuition and, in some cases, certain fees. Along with tuition waivers Saint Paul College also offers Tuition Reimbursement and Faculty Professional Development Funds for Employees.
