- Earn your HR Certificate in just one year — classes start in January and finish by December.
- Meet only twice a week — Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 to 5 PM, on campus.
- Continue for a second year to complete your HR AAS Degree.
- Transfer from SPC to another college or university to continue for a 4-year degree.
What’s a cohort? It’s more than just classmates — it’s your built-in support squad. You’ll move through the program together, learning from instructors and each other – a great way to learn.
HR is on the rise! According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, HR specialist roles are expected to grow by 7%, and HR manager roles by 9%. Three highly sought-after skills in the marketplace that are being taught within this cohort are Digital, Strategic decision-making, and Human-centric.
