Anthony Ceballos lives and writes in Minneapolis, where he pens staff recommendations at Birchbark Books & Native Arts. A first-generation descendant of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, he was selected for the inaugural Indigenous Nations Poets retreat in Washington, D.C. (2022) and their Twin Cities retreat (2024). His work has appeared in Yellow Medicine Review, Water~Stone Review, Queer Voices: Poetry, Prose, and Pride, and Another Last Call: Poems on Addiction and Deliverance, among others.
