    The College shall develop a master facilities plan that integrates and compliments the master academic plan to assure short and long-range planning of the college facilities. The Facilities Master Plan shall be consistent with system wide guidelines, for Campus development of new buildings and structures, renovation, repair and renewal of existing facilities. The facilities shall be used primarily for purposes of fulfilling the college’s mission.
