    Facilities Maintenance and Repair Including Revenue Fund Facilities

    The College shall develop long-range plans addressing the physical plant needs of the college. 

    The President shall budget for adequate maintenance and repair of campus facilities and grounds including those facilities under the Revenue Fund (parking, residence halls, student unions and dining services).
