Saint Paul College Prepares for Transformational Campus Renovation
We continue to advocate for our Student Services and Classroom Renovation Project ahead of the 2026 legislative session. Ranked #2 in Minnesota State’s capital request, our $35.3 million bonding proposal will modernize instructional spaces, centralize student services, and address critical deferred maintenance.

Student Services and Classroom Renovation Project
This project is designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s learners and employers by creating flexible, technology-rich spaces and centralized services that improve access, equity, and career readiness. With design work complete and institutional resources committed, the college is shovel-ready and poised to begin construction upon receipt of bonding funds.
$35.3 MILLION REQUEST
Ranked #2 in Minnesota State’s FY2026 capital priorities, this project is a top-tier investment in student success and workforce development.
MODERNIZED CLASSROOMS & LABS
Upgrades instructional spaces to support high-demand fields like AI, cybersecurity, and advanced manufacturing.

Creates a one-stop hub for advising, financial aid, mental health, and wellness support.
WORKFORCE-ALIGNED PROGRAM EXPANSION
Unlocks space for new programs and expanded enrollment in high-wage, high-demand career pathways.

Addresses over $4 million in deferred maintenance while reducing long-term operating costs.
READY TO BUILD
Design work is complete and Saint Paul College is prepared to invest up to $8 million in institutional resources once bonding funds are awarded.
