Saint Paul College Prepares for Transformational Campus Renovation

We continue to advocate for our Student Services and Classroom Renovation Project ahead of the 2026 legislative session. Ranked #2 in Minnesota State’s capital request, our $35.3 million bonding proposal will modernize instructional spaces, centralize student services, and address critical deferred maintenance.

This project is designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s learners and employers by creating flexible, technology-rich spaces and centralized services that improve access, equity, and career readiness. With design work complete and institutional resources committed, the college is shovel-ready and poised to begin construction upon receipt of bonding funds.
