    Life Insurance

    The state offers basic group term life insurance and the option to purchase additional coverage for the employee, spouse or dependent children.

    Pre-Tax Benefits

    Benefit eligible employees have the option to enroll in pre-tax accounts (flexible spending accounts) such as a Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), or a Dependent Care Expense Account (DCEA).

    Tuition Waiver

    MinnState offers a tuition waiver benefit to eligible employees which provides the cost of tuition and, in some cases, certain fees. Along with tuition waivers Saint Paul College also offers Tuition Reimbursement and Faculty Professional Development Funds for Employees.

    For all Faculty, Academic Professional and Administrator positions you are required to follow the directions listed on the position announcement and include all materials requested in order to be considered for the position.
