I LIKE PICKING CLASSES ON MY OWN

  1. Look up your Degree Planner
Clicking on your major will show you the “map” of your major.
  2. Compare your progress against the Degree Planner that you JUST opened.
Run your Program in your Degree Audit by logging in.

Make sure that you are opening the Audit for your major and look at your progress in your degree.
  3. Think about how busy you want to be.
Remember that each credit is equal to 3 hours a week.

For example: a 3-credit class is about 3 hours a week of class time and 6 hours a week of homework (9 hours total).
  4. Register for classes!
You should now understand which classes to register for next. If you’re still not sure, come see us!
