Lindsay Bejblik embodies what it means to be a lifelong learner. Her journey spans three distinct fields: Social Justice and DEI, Montessori education, and Wellness & Healing. Her commitment to continuous growth has taken her to colleges in Wisconsin, Colorado, Arizona, Maryland, and Minnesota, and even a mission trip to Africa. For Lindsay, the path began at age eight.
Two powerful experiences have shaped her educational and career direction. The first occurred when she cried as an 8-year-old child over the realities of racism while learning about Harriet Tubman and felt a calling to help create meaningful change. That early conviction guided her to become bilingual and into peace and social justice work, where through grassroots organizing, Lindsay helped organize multiple efforts for peace and social justice. Later, Lindsay devoted herself to Montessori education, a pedagogy developed to promote world peace through generations of children. As a trained Montessori educator and DEI facilitator, she guided children toward holistic development and communities toward a deeper understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The second defining moment came with the heartbreaking loss of her brother. Lindsay describes how being there when he passed strengthened her healing instincts and inspired her to honor him through work that uplifts and heals others. She began with yoga and soon discovered she was meant to expand into massage therapy as well. In Fall, 2025, she enrolled in SPC’s Massage Therapy certificate program-drawn by its strong reputation, its commitment to proactive DEI, and its proximity to home.
Starting school again as an older learner brought both nerves and excitement. Lindsay still remembers taking a photo with the SPC Fox mascot on her first day of Fall 2025. The coursework proved intense. She often studied 15 hours a day while raising two children, and by semester’s end, she was so anxious about her grades that she refused to check them. When a letter arrived from SPC, she braced for unwelcome news, only to discover she had made Dean’s List!
Lindsay is now on track to earn her massage therapist certificate in May 2026. She currently provides yoga and therapeutic chakra healing services at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center and looks forward to adding massage therapy to her offerings. Based on the enthusiastic reviews she receives by clients at SPC, her future clients are in for something extraordinary.
