    Resources Recovery and Environmentally Responsible Practices

    The College shall promote reduction of waste, resource recovery, and environmentally responsible practices, including pollution prevention and effective recycling program, consistent with law and current executive orders.
    The College will follow the Ramsey County Solid Waste Management Plan, which is monitored through Minnesota Pollution Control Agency when disposing of hazardous waste. 


    The College shall appoint a representative for all environmental and resource recovery issues and shall maintain records regarding recycling and pollution prevention efforts.
