Saint Paul College has named Tameka Jones as its 2026 Alumni of the Year, honoring her professional success, entrepreneurial leadership, and continued commitment to supporting students and the college community. The award was presented at the annual Friends on the Lawn celebration. 

A two‑time graduate of Saint Paul College, Jones is the founder of Lip Esteem, a clean beauty brand rooted in care, confidence, and empowerment. Her work reflects values‑driven entrepreneurship, creating products that are both high quality and intentionally aligned with wellness and self-confidence. 

“Tameka represents the very best of Saint Paul College,” said President Dee Dee Peaslee. “Her journey reflects what’s possible when talent, determination, and education come together, and what it looks like when alumni stay connected and lift others as they rise.” 

While Jones’ success as an entrepreneur is notable, it is her continued investment in others that makes her especially deserving of this recognition. She serves on the Friends of Saint Paul College Board, bringing her voice, insight, and experience to support students and advance opportunity.
